Ziv Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to support patient care in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and rehabilitation centers. As a PCT, you’ll work closely with nurses and clinical teams to ensure patients receive high-quality, respectful, and attentive care.

What You’ll Do

As a PCT with Ziv Healthcare Staffing Solutions, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting both patients and clinical staff in day-to-day care activities.

Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility
Take and record vital signs and basic health measurements
Support nurses with routine clinical tasks
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment
Monitor patient condition and report changes to nursing staff
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care at all times

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for dependable and caring PCTs who are passionate about helping others and working in a team-oriented healthcare environment.

PCT certification or relevant healthcare training preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to different care settings
BLS/CPR certification is a plus
